About Us
Nemcsok Farms is a licensed artisanal chicken farm, birch syrup producer, and coffee roaster in the Temiskaming District of Northern Ontario. We also supply live stakes, hay, and other seasonal products.
Our farm is fully licensed through the Chicken Farmers of Ontario, which means we can legally raise, market, and deliver chicken — something not every small farm can offer. In early spring, birch trees are tapped and the sap is collected, evaporated, and bottled right on the farm. Coffee is roasted on-site in small batches.
You can find our products at local farmers’ markets or shop online here. This site also includes recipes, knitting patterns, and DIY projects for when you’re looking for something new to try.
